2 Year Warranty Program

2 year offers a full 2 year warranty on all its phone system equipment. If equipment problems occur within the first 30 days of arrival, an advance replacement will be given on equipment returned less than 90 days from date of sale. All others need to be returned first before a replacement can be given. A valid credit card must be on file to qualify for our 30 day advanced replacement service. If warranty sticker is removed or not intact, the warranty is voided.

We will not be responsible for damaged or missing items unless notified within five working days. RMA'S not returned in 10 working days will be billed or charged to current credit card on file. To return equipment call for authorization. A 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges will apply.

We will only replace phones using FEDEX Ground services. If customers would like to expedite the replacement shipment, they must pay the whole cost of that shipment. Customers pay for the shipment back to, and we replace the equipment using FEDEX Ground services paid for by, if not otherwise requested and paid for by the customer.

All past due accounts will be charged 1.5% interest monthly. You will be responsible for any legal charges incurred. All collection and legal procedures will be processed in CA.

A $25 service fee will be applied on all returned checks. All funds not collected on returned checks will be charged to credit card on file.
